At Satgart, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We want every client to feel confident in their purchase. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are processed for returned or cancelled orders.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable to orders that:
- Meet all requirements outlined in our Return Policy
- Are returned within the permitted 15-day return window
- Pass inspection upon arrival at our facility
Refunds are not issued for:
- Products returned without authorization
- Custom or special-order items
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance
- Damages caused by misuse, neglect, or mishandling after delivery
2. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
If your refund is delayed beyond this period, please contact your bank or credit card provider as processing times may vary.
3. Partial Refunds
In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as when:
- The item is returned with missing components or packaging
- The item shows minor signs of wear or handling
- The return period has slightly exceeded the stated limit and Satgart approves the case as an exception
The amount refunded in such cases will be adjusted accordingly and communicated before processing.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs (unless due to Satgart’s error or a defective product)
- Customs duties or import taxes, if applicable
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, it will fall under our Return Policy.
6. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact help@satgart.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
After review, we will offer one of the following options:
- Full refund
- Replacement of the product
- Store credit, if preferred
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days of approval:
- Recheck your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your payment provider — sometimes processing delays occur.
