At Satgart, we take pride in offering premium sculptures and art pieces crafted with care and precision. We want you to love every purchase from us. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may be eligible to return your item under the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all protective materials, labels, and documentation.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
- The item must be returned to the same condition in which it was received.
Items that show signs of use, modification, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or logistical reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized sculptures
- Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Items damaged due to improper handling, neglect, or accidents after delivery
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at help@satgart.com within 15 days of delivery, mentioning your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions if the item qualifies.
- Carefully pack the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our support team.
Please note: unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
4. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
- If approved, you will be notified via email and your return will proceed to the refund process (as per our Refund Policy).
- If the return is rejected, the product will be sent back to you at your expense.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing help@satgart.com with photographs of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or return at no additional cost to you after review.
6. Late or Missing Returns
If more than 15 days have passed since delivery and no return request was made, the order is no longer eligible for return.
Exceptions may be considered in rare cases at Satgart’s sole discretion.
