At Satgart, we take pride in ensuring that your chosen sculpture or décor piece reaches you safely, on time, and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery, and support for all shipments within the United States.


1. Shipping Coverage

Satgart currently ships exclusively within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

All domestic orders qualify for Free Standard Shipping, with no minimum purchase required.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods or promotional events, order processing times may be slightly extended.


3. Delivery Time

We offer Free Standard Shipping across the United States.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: 5 – 7 business days
  • Expedited Delivery (if available): 2 – 4 business days (charges may apply)

Delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, or carrier schedules.


4. Packaging and Handling

Every item is carefully inspected and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Larger or delicate sculptures may be shipped in custom boxes or reinforced protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photographs before opening it and contact our support team immediately.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • A tracking number
  • The name of the courier
  • A direct link to monitor your shipment status

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) by emailing help@satgart.com.
Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue.

We will promptly work with the carrier to resolve the problem and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.


7. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
Satgart is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you realize an address error, please contact us at help@satgart.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may not be able to modify your shipment details.


8. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Satgart cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier or logistics issues
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Incorrect address information provided by the customer
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

We will always communicate any significant delay and provide updates as available.
